Refund Policy

Consumer Rights (Distance Selling):

1.  14-Day Right of Withdrawal:

    Buyer may withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt.  

    Notification must be clear (e.g., return form/email/letter).  

    Deadline calculated from physical receipt of goods.  

    Return shipping costs borne by Buyer unless otherwise agreed.  

    Refund issued within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.  

    Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.  

    Key Exception: If vehicle is registered or mileage exceeds 50km, Seller may deduct reasonable depreciation/registration fees.  

 

2.  Conformity & Defects:

    Seller guarantees product conformity with agreement.  

    Statutory Warranty: 24-month legal warranty from delivery date.  

    Remedies: Repair, replacement, or price reduction per Danish law.  

    Burden of Proof: First 12 months - Seller; Thereafter - Buyer.  

 

Obligations:

Seller shall: 

- Deliver conforming goods on time  

- Provide clear instructions (Danish)  

- Fulfil warranty obligations  

- Issue invoices/documents  

- Comply with GDPR  

- Disclose battery recycling info  

 

Buyer shall:  

- Pay timely  

- Inspect goods upon delivery  

- Comply with traffic laws (registration/liability insurance)  

- Return goods properly if withdrawing  

- Store goods securely  

 

Battery Recycling:  

Batteries must be recycled at authorized facilities per Danish EPA rules (WEEE Directive). Buyer may incur recycling fees.  

 

Liability Limitation:  

Seller not liable for delays due to force majeure. Indirect damages only covered in cases of gross negligence. Total liability capped at purchase price.  

 

Personal Data:  

Data processed only for order fulfilment, delivery, and legal compliance per GDPR.  

 

Governing Law & Disputes 

1.  Danish law applies.  

2.  Disputes resolved primarily through negotiation. Buyer may complain to Consumer Complaints Board (www.forbrug.dk/klagenaevnet).  

 

Miscellaneous:

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding. Amendments require written consent. Invalid clauses don't void remaining terms.
